Two options

Choose how deep you want to go.

Both options show you Fumba Town and Paje on site. The difference is the Plan B part: a three-day workshop with Perspektive Ausland or a personal consultation.

Option 1 · with Perspektive Ausland

Investor trip with Plan B workshop

  • Talks by Daniel Taborek, exclusively for the group, and personal conversations over all three days
  • Workshop “Putting Plan B into practice”: permanent residence, second passport, bank accounts abroad and asset protection
  • Viewings in Fumba Town and Paje, Stone Town
  • One year of the New Horizons Club from booking, with up to 18 calls with the advisory team (worth £999)
  • Accommodation and half board, single occupancy at no extra cost
  • All local transfers

15 to 20 participants, held in German. Not included: flights, extra nights, visa. If you buy a unit in Fumba Town or Paje during the trip, the developer credits 2,500 USD per unit towards the trip.

Investor programme itinerary

27–31 December 2026: from Paje to Fumba Town.

The Plan B trip by Perspektive Ausland runs from 28–30 December 2026 with its own programme, details at Perspektive Ausland.

  1. 27 Dec

    Arrival in Paje

    Arrival on the east coast, overnight stay at the CPS resort The SOUL Paje and getting to know the group.

  2. 28 Dec

    Paje

    Introduction to the town project and viewings in Paje, with time for your questions.

  3. 29 Dec

    On to Fumba Town

    Drive from Paje to Fumba Town. Completed buildings, construction sites, infrastructure and community on site, meeting with TOC about renting and management.

  4. 30 Dec

    Fumba Town and Stone Town

    Personal appointments, your consultation with Daniel Taborek and a visit to Stone Town.

  5. 31 Dec

    Departure

    Individual departure or an extension, for example for beach days or a safari on the mainland.
