No legal, tax or investment advice

GreenShield Consulting LLC is a business consultancy. Neither the company nor its staff are licensed as lawyers or tax advisers. We work with a network of independent lawyers and tax firms in more than 50 countries. Legal and tax advice is provided exclusively by these licensed partners on their own responsibility. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax or investment advice.

Property purchase agreements are concluded directly between you and the developer CPS Africa. All information on prices, availability, completion and returns is without guarantee; only the contract documents are binding.

Privacy

GreenShield Consulting LLC is a US company (Wyoming), not an EU entity, so EU rules such as the GDPR don't automatically apply to us. We still handle your data carefully. We do not sell your personal information.

What data we collect

• Access data: when you visit the website, our host Vercel processes technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) in server logs.
• Forms: when you fill in a form (contact, call back, brochure or catalogue download, viewing, partner, registration), we process the details you provide, e.g. name, email address, phone number, nationality, interest and your message.
• Origin: if you arrive via a campaign or partner link, we remember these campaign details for the duration of your visit in your browser's storage (sessionStorage) and pass them on with your enquiry. We use no tracking cookies and no analytics.
• Bookings: when you book the investor programme, we also process the date, room type and amount.

Why and with whom

We use your details to handle your enquiry, advise you and stay in touch with you. For this purpose they are passed on to:

• our advisory team by email,
• the developer CPS Africa, in particular its customer management system (Salesforce); the transfer is made via the Zapier service,
• Stripe, if you pay online. We redirect you to a Stripe payment page and do not receive your payment details; Stripe's privacy policy applies there.

These services may process data outside your country, in particular in the USA.

External content

• YouTube videos are only loaded when you click “Play video” (via youtube-nocookie.com). From then on, Google's privacy policy applies.
• For appointments we link to Calendly, for messages to WhatsApp. These services only open when you click the link.
• Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google.

Retention and your rights

We keep your details for as long as needed for advice and a possible contract, or as required by law. You can ask at any time for information about your data, have it corrected or deleted and object to its further use. Just write to office@fumbatown.agency.

This website is not directed at children under 16. We may update this notice when our services change; the version published here applies.
